São Paulo to get new exports project

Investe SP will work with local businesses to devise strategies for the foreign market. The goal is to involve 260 companies in the capital and the state by April 2018.
São Paulo – Investe SP, the São Paulo state government’s investment and export promotion agency, will be in charge of the new local chapter of the industrial exports-fostering project Projeto de Extensão Industrial Exportadora (Peiex), an initiative of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) designed to enhance competitiveness and build an exporting culture amid small and medium businesses. The announcement was made this Tuesday (7) at the state government seat.
The new Investe São Paulo-led chapter will devise strategies to improve products, services, processes and management for participating businesses. The goal is to cater to 260 businesses in the state by April 2018. All services will be cost-free.
